 Rundell Irvin is a spoken word artist out of St Louis Missouri who goes by the stage name of 16 Bars. 16 has been on the STL Poetry scene for 20 plus years and has featured at the legendary Apache Cafe in Atlanta Georgia and is also featured at Actors Theater in Louisville Kentucky, Lincoln University, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, University of Missouri St Louis he has also performed at Florissant Valley and Forest Park community colleges and has had the pleasure of being featured all around the country. His passion for writing and performing started at a very young age he is the only 3 time winner of the legendary Tony J's (TMA) Traffic Music Awards Poet of the year three consecutive years in a row. But his true only goal is to touch the hearts of those in need of relief or hope.
